Mike's Auto Glass

Upon returning from a RV trip out west in our motorhome, I discovered 2 chips in the windshield. I called 2 other companies to come to my house and repair the windshield, however one company said I was out of the service area for repairs, and the other company said they don't repair RV windshields. I did a Google search and found Mike's Auto Glass in Sarasota. I assumed i would have to spend day driving the RV to them, waiting on the repair, and driving home. So I called, and to my surprise they scheduled a mobile van to come to my home and take care of the repair. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He went about taking care of the repairs in a professional and efficient manner. Once he was finished, he asked me to inspect the repair. Once I was satisfied, then I made my payment, which was exactly as quoted on the phone when I scheduled. I would highly recommend Mike's Auto Glass in Sarasota.

Mike's Auto Glass was easy to get a quote from (Jonathan) and schedule with. Brandon arrived on time, and completed the windshield change in no time. He took the time to walk me through some of the issues he saw that I was experiencing and provide guidance on how to correct them. Brandon had great customer service and represents this company well.

Sarah gave me excellent customer service! She helped me reduce the cost by directing me to a place where I could buy the part needed for my window repair. And that saved me a good deal of money. And Mike’s did the job quickly as I needed to leave town the same day. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was great (pleasant, on time, did their job great in a short period of time, and was able to come to my house to do it). From Rick - who put me in contact with the right people To Carolina - who did a 3-way call with my insurance company to start the claim and confirm coverage To Brandon - who installed the windshield and was able to get my camera back on the windshield! And John - who completed the calibration. Thank you all - highly recommend!! They were able to get the needed parts that day and did the service the next at my location.

I’m getting to Mike’s in a minute, trust me! So I visited my family in New England for Christmas, 2025. During my drive, a stone hit and cracked the windshield on my 2026 Santa Fe. My nightmare begins! I started as most people do… I went to Safelite. They told me they would take care of everything. They didn’t. I had to contact my insurance company and get everything in order. Then I had to submit pictures and other information. The appointment was made over a week later because they had to special order the glass, because the car was so new. Then, the day before my appointment, I received an email from Safelite saying their computers were not up to 2026 standards and I would have to go to the dealership for Calibration!! So I canceled the appointment!!! In the meantime, I had an appointment with the Fort Myers dealership for my first oil and filter change. They were supposed to check and rotate my tires at the same time. They didn’t!! I’m not even sure that they changed the oil!! However, like JoAnn Hummel, I was approached by a sales representative for At Home Auto Glass who told me that they did all the glass repairs for Hyundai of Fort Myers. Great! Because I needed a new winds
